Founded the Alliance in 2014 after 18 years operating a customs brokerage in the Chicago area. Sits on two CBP-COAC subcommittees.

Director, Member Services

Twenty-two years in NVOCC operations, formerly VP at a Mid-Atlantic forwarding house. Runs the regional-chapter program.

Curriculum lead for the Alliance training program. Holds the LCB licence since 2009 and teaches CCS prep nationally.

Board of Directors

An elected board, by and from members

The Alliance is governed by an 11-seat Board of Directors. Seats are elected by the membership for staggered three-year terms; the chair and vice-chair rotate annually. The current board includes operators from Tidewater Forwarders (Norfolk), Lakeshore Customs (Cleveland), Sunbelt Cargo (Houston), Pacific Coast NVO (Long Beach), Empire Brokerage (New York/New Jersey), Cascade Air (Seattle), Magnolia Logistics (Atlanta), Front Range Freight (Denver), Heartland Brokers (Kansas City), Mid-South Forwarders (Memphis) and Bay Area Customs Group (Oakland).

Board minutes are circulated to members within ten business days of each quarterly meeting. The annual financial report is published in the members area each spring.
