We show up where the work happens.
For Corporate members, the Alliance offers on-site training visits — usually two days, on the member's floor — covering specific operational gaps surfaced in our intake assessment. Past visits have addressed entry-team workflow design, post-entry amendment hygiene, claim handling and SOP refresh.
There is no fee for the first on-site visit each year for Corporate members. Additional visits are billed at cost.
